HELP ME GROW Help Me Grow is a home-based service offered to families who wish to increase their parenting skills and knowledge of child development.  Any family with risk factors who have children under age 3 can participate.  Development assessments, incentives, and resources are offered.  If any child, through a development assessment, has identified needs, than additional services can be offered.  This is a family driven, free service offered to meet parenting needs and provide support. Targeted Prevention Program is a home-based service offered to families of children age 3 through 5.  Any family with risk factors can participate.  Development assessments, incentives, and resources are offered.  If a developmental or behavioral need is identified, additional resources can be offered.  This is a family driven, two year grant program to assist families to meet their goals.
