AGENCY CERTIFICATIONS Certified as a Community Mental Health Center by the Ohio Department of Mental Health Certified as an Ambulatory Health Care Center by the Ohio Department of Health Certified as a Supported Living Provider by the Ohio Department of Mental Retardation/Developmental Disabilities Certified as an Habilitation Center Program and an Individual Options Waiver Provider by the Ohio Department of Mental Retardation/Developmental Disabilities Blick Clinic is a leader in responding to community needs in support of people with developmental disabilities, mental health concerns, and other complex conditions.  The Clinic works closely with the County of Summit Board of Mental Retardation/Developmental Disabilities, Summit County Alcohol, Drug Addiction, and Mental Health Services Board, hospitals, and other social service agencies to develop creative responses to some of the most "challenging needs" of the community.
