HOW TO OBTAIN SERVICES Contact a Clinic Intake Specialist at (330) 762-5425.  The Intake Specialist will guide you through the process of determining eligibility for services. Community support for Blick Clinic services is provided through contracts with the County of Summit Board of Mental Retardation/Developmental Disabilities (CSBMR/DD) and the County of Summit Alcohol Drug Addiction, and Mental Health Services Board (ADM Board).  For many Summit County residents, their involvement in Blick Clinic services is made possible through support provided by the County Boards. Other sources of program fees for Summit County residents and non-residents include Medicaid, Medicare, and private health insurance.  While Blick Clinic services are not limited to residents of Summit County, the fee schedule for non-residents does not include sharing of costs by the Summit County Boards.
