Extended Day Treatment is an adult day service program based on activities designed to enrich and enhance the lives of the individuals served. A monthly activities calendar is developed by the Activities Coordinator with input from the Music Therapist and Arts and Crafts Teacher. Other ongoing projects include the operation of the agency Snack Shop, weekly paper route delivery, community gym, mall walkers group, and monthly community outings to local places of interest.

Extended Day Treatment operates Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00A.M.-3:00P.M. at the Blick Clinic 682 and 640 West Market Street locations. An individualized daily schedule is developed taking into consideration transportation arrangements and the 5-7 hour daily standard.

Extended Day Treatment is for adults who are looking for a supervised day placement in a "non-work" environment. The Program has the ability to serve individuals with challenging behavorial needs through higher staffing ratios provided by trained Interventionists and Behavior Management Specialists with clinical supervision.
