Behavioral Health April 2012 "My son ---- goes to the clinic there and works with Louise Kotel. He's been working with Louise for probably 3 years or more. I just wanted to let you know that along with Louise, ---- is really really coming into his own and doing really really well and I don't really think that would happen without Louise. You know, psychiatry didn't help, drugs didn't help, but the consistency and the caring of Louise and working with the family certainly has made a difference. ---- really doing well and I just wanted to comment on that and we appreciate her a lot. Residential Services February 2012 "Great staff communication; genuine staff; great team work to meet needs of the individual; very good care for those you support, staff are very helpful; Coordination with Blick Day Programs; Home Manager (Tonya Wilson) is great and keeps her staff in line; the residence and neighborhood; provides a safe environment and allows independence for residents; nursing services; easy to reach, kind and respectful, they act quickly; excellent behavioral services; well done -excellent medical services; staff interacts well with resident; resident is well-cared for; staff care about resident's needs; keep up the good work; I've seen a lot of improvements since Carla took over as the Home Manager - the resident is dressed more appropriately, his hair is cut and they are trying to do more outtings with him; and, Latrice does an excellent job." |
